We celebrate every BODY, and we are here for you every step of the ride. We shake up what indoor cycling can be. You will leave feeling energized and powerful after every class. Our crew will take you on a journey through the beat of the music.
Our classes will help to improve your cardiovascular health, strengthen and tone muscles in your legs, core, and upper body while you continue your own personal journey.

Chan is our owner and creator. Chan was born and raised in our beautiful town of Kindersley. She is a Wife, Momma, and business owner! Chan puts her all into every single class. She loves a banging playlist and will be your favourite hype girl. Add in baby!
Jen B.
Jen is an OG, born and raised in Kindersley. She is a Wife, Momma, and spray tan extraordinaire. Jen owns and operates our very own Baask Studio. If Jen isn’t at the studio you can find her, well you can’t, she’s a busy mom, wife, and business owner! Jen puts her heart on the bike every ride. She’s got a wicked playlist and always brings the heat. We came to work.
Shaunesy D.
Shaunesy is a hype girl shell never leaving you handing, and gives her all in each class she leads!! Shaun is so many things to to so many people. Some of her favourite roles are Auntie, and teacher. Shaun will make you WERK! Its a privilege to sweat with you.
Taylor T.
Taylor is an OG! Born and raised baby! Taylor is busy creating a life with her love, working, and owning her own business! She is the owner of TDH Wellness, and our (personal -cough, cough) massage therapist. Taylor kills the bike freestyle, and will make you sweaty. Pushing to the end.
Kiley J.
Kiley is straight fire. She’s down to earth and the sweetest soul you’ll
ever meet. When Kiley isn’t serving up add ins on the bike, you can
find her at Tranquil Water Spa (she is one our favourite estheticians),
or spending time with her Fiancé and Puppy! Pushing all the way to the end.
